I like movies but I don't like Blockbuster, I'm not crazy about the films they offer at my local movie theatre either and the T.V. forget about it.... These movie clubs have movies that are not readily available in the mainstream and yet there is quality here. They have movies that may leave a marked impression on you and your children. Plus there is the mainstream stuff here also and you don't have to pay 10 bucks a pop per person to see them... It is a better deal to have the films sent to you. It is safer and more of a family thing and you have more choice to see more movies and see them more inexpensively when you are ready to see them..... And, if you like mainstream we have Netflix down torwards the bottom of the page... life is not simple and man does not live by environmetal and/or uplifting films alone
Film Movement is the DVD of the month club for award-winning independent and foreign film. We are like a book of the month club for award-winning new film. Customers can subscribe and automatically receive a new film each month or they purchase individual films from our catalog of over 100 award-winning feature and short films. 3, 6, and 12 month gift subscriptions are also available.
Each film is selected with the assistance of our programming board, which includes directors of some of the world's top film organizations, including the American Film Institute, Roger Ebert’s Overlooked Film Festival, and The Film Society of Lincoln Center. Films are selected directly from the world's top film festivals, including Sundance and Cannes. Many of our selections have had the privilege of being their country's official submission to the Academy Awards® and or the winner of their country's equivalent of the Academy Award®. These inspirational movies have played to enthusiastic audiences at film festivals all over the world, and many have won major awards. But in most cases, The Spiritual Cinema Circle is the only place you'll get to see them.
Traditionally, movies make it to your local theater by way of studios that see enough financial potential to make money on them. Smaller filmmakers—or just filmmakers with non-mainstream films—usually don't get their movies shown in a theater outside of a film festival. We travel to film festivals all over the world and encourage submissions from undiscovered filmmakers to seek out the stories that deserve an audience.

Out of the hundreds of films we review throughout the year, our acquisitions team handpicks the most enriching ones to pass along to you. Each one is a movie with a story that matters. Stories that remind us about what it means to be human. That explore new possibilities. That help us understand more of the world around us.
These selections include a wide range of topics from the power of the mind in What the Bleep Do We Know!? to living compassionately in The Tea Cup to the empowering message of creating your own destiny in The Secret or Illusion.

To our pleasant surprise, we discovered that there are plenty of films just as passionate and powerful as those, but there was no convenient way to see them unless you travel to a lot of film festivals. That's why we decided to start Earth Cinema Circle
